Veteran Roof Giveaway – Official Rules & Qualifications

Eligibility

1. Military Service Requirement
• Must be an honorably discharged U.S. military veteran OR an active duty service member.
• Proof of service required (DD214, military ID, or equivalent).

2. Residence Requirement
• Home must be located in Duval, Clay, or St. Johns County, Florida.
• Must be owner-occupied (primary residence only, not rental or investment property).

3. Roof Requirement
• Roof must be in need of repair or replacement (as confirmed by DeVore Capital Contracting's inspection before installation).
• Home must be structurally sound and capable of supporting a new roof system.

4. Age Requirement
• Must be 18 years or older to enter or be nominated.

How to Enter
• Submit an official entry form online or by mail by October 11, 2025.
• Entrants may self-nominate or be nominated by a family member, friend, or neighbor.
• Limit: One entry per household.

Winner Selection
• All eligible entries will be placed into a random drawing.
• Drawing will take place on October 13, 2025, and the winner will be announced live on DeVore Capital Contracting's social media accounts.
• Final verification (proof of service, proof of ownership, roof inspection) required before prize is awarded.

Prize
• One (1) full roof replacement using GAF shingles, up to $20,000 in value.
• Includes tear-off, installation, labor, and materials.
• Up to 5 sheets of decking included. Any additional decking required will be at the expense of the winner.
• No cash substitute or transfer permitted.

Additional Rules
• Winner must agree to allow photos and videos of the project for promotional purposes.
• Roof warranty provided per manufacturer and DeVore Capital Contracting's standards.
• Giveaway not valid for homes with major structural, foundation, or code issues that prevent installation.
• DeVore Capital Contracting reserves the right to modify or cancel promotion if unforeseen circumstances arise.
• No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.
